Individual  Integrative Coaching:

I provide coaching in my Seattle office and on the phone.

Typically, one issue/concern will take 1-3 sessions. The first session is usually 1-1/2 hours and we clarify what you want to be different in your life and then I help you structure your command using positive and present tense language. I then. take you through The One Command (TOC) process a few times.

This Process helps you clear up old limiting beliefs. I take you through the process that uses guided imagery and into Theta Conscious Brain waves that create a lasting effect. The old neural pathways of negative thinking stop and new and better neural pathways are created to support what you want in your life that you Commanded for, ones of your choosing. This process heals old frozen childhood wounds and memories in a few minutes. This process explores your issue/concern by looking at your structures of belief and shines a light on the underlying unconscious blocks to your success. This process addresses the missing secret to “The Secret” and The Laws of Attractions by finding, working with and releasing unconscious beliefs.

Integrative Business Coaching

I work with business owners, managers, sales and marketing staff.

I provide in-person or phones sessions to facilitate:

Commanding Wealth Circles:

Commanding Wealth Circles can be powerful and transformational. At a Circle, I give a brief overview of the One Command process. I give you time to clarify what you want to command in your life. I then, take the group through the process, and everyone gets to command what they want for themselves. Commanding Wealth Circles are powerful and affirming due to the added group energy and affirming support.
