Hello Dear One,

Have you ever asked yourself, ” Do I have anxiety symptoms?”

Anxiety is common in the United States. We are over- stimulated all the time. The are lots of choices and lots technology and lots of responsibilities with not enough time to do them all.

Here are some symptoms for anxiety:

1.Worry thoughts all the time.

2. You tend think the worst will happen.

3.It is hard to relax. You muscles are tight.

4. You have a lot of fears and they seem to be controlling your life. You may be afraid of making a mistake or looking foolish, being in social situations, of losing control, flying, or dying, to name a few.

5. You may have difficulty concentrating or focusing on the task at hand.

6. Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.

If you are concerned it would be good to see your Doctor or a Licensed Therapist to help you reduce your symptoms.
